I started on the plant floor. I ran operations and equipment R&D at Athens Services' MRF and mixed-waste facilities, then commissioned and ran rPlanet Earth's PET reclamation plant in Vernon, California.
Since then I've built MRF and reclaimer grant strategy for The Recycling Partnership and built the plastics supply pipeline for an artificial-gravel startup through its sale to Cemex. That exit led me to start Digital Industrial in September 2024, working with investors, haulers and technology companies on growth and deals.
